Every day I try to be inspiring. I try to find ways to be positive, happy and engaging. This follows through in everything that I do...wife, mother, nurse, yoga teacher, dance teacher, friend, etc, etc. etc...As you can see it can be tiresome, almost exhausting at times to continually push on in that manor.
So what inspires me? Where do I "fill up"??? What keeps me going? Personally, I practice yoga. I dance. I work out. I run (very reluctantly...might I add!) I have a physical need to work out situations throughout my whole being. They need to be integrated into my cells, into my heartbeat in order for me to accept and move on. I need to push, pull, twist, bend and release the negative. That is why I use the physical practice of yoga to heal me. The practice opens me and releases my dark side, my anger, my tears and my sadness. Then, and only then, can I feel inspired.
