All classes are Vinyasa Flow based on Ashtanga unless otherwise noted.
All classes suggested for BEGINNERS are marked with a star (*). Beginners are encouraged to attend these classes first to help make their Yoga Journey a safe and fun experience. Please see Ena, Jen or any of our teachers for further questions or guidance.
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga, practiced in its correct sequential order, gradually leads the practitioner to rediscover his or her fullest potential on all levels of human consciousness - physical, psychological and spiritual. Through this practice of correct breathing (Ujjayi Pranayama), postures (asanas), and gazing point (drishti), one gains control of the senses and a deeper awareness of self. Maintaining this discipline with regularity and devotion, one acquires steadiness of body and mind.
Vinyasa Flow
“Vinyasa” means breath-synchronized movement. The breath is the heart of this discipline and links asana to asana in a precise order.

HOT Powerful ~All Levels
LOVE IT HOT! This yoga class is taught in a heated room to help you ignite the inner fire immediately. The body begins warm and we can melt into our poses and relieve the body of unwanted toxins through our skin as SWEAT! Amazing…..
Peaceful ~All Levels
Come and enjoy all that yoga has to offer. Explore pranayama (breath work); asana (postures); and relax in deep meditation. Learn proper form, develop strength and dexterity, and allow yourself to experience the benefits of full relaxation through meditation.
Peaceful Flow ~All Levels
An ALL LEVELS practice designed first to flow and energize, and second to dance into meditation. This class encompasses all aspects of yoga. Asana (movement), pranayama (breath) and complete relaxaion with meditation. Find time in your day to feel “Peaceful”, tranquil and whole………….
Flow Motion ~All Levels
Flow Motion honours those who embrace their own authenticity and let go of their inhibitions. Flow your way to your edge. Allow yourself to find your flow and your own personal practice. Flow Motion uncovers dynamic and inherent rhythms within you while being empowered by creative and continuous flow yoga sequencing. Find your rhythm, find your prana, flow within.

*Mindful Yoga*
This class is taught with the importance of how to honor and truly inhabit your unique dynamic body structure. We strongly encourage students to develop a dialogue in class about their bodies in the hope that this exploration continues outside the studio.
*Breathe Yoga*
Attention to & awareness of breath is central to the practice of yoga. This is an ideal class for the beginner as well as the seasoned yogi who would like to deepen their practice.
The definition of prana is: breath of life/life force. Pranayama is the practice of regulating the breath & balancing the life force (energies).
We explore different breathing techniques & their effect on the mind, body & spirit connection with simple yoga postures. Learning ways to calm or invigorate the body through breathing will greatly benefit your life off the mat.
This class is very gentle with plenty of time for exploration within the self & relaxation of the whole body. This class ends with a visualization meditation to take the student away on a mini mind vacation!
*Beginner Flow*
Every day is a new day and every practice should be attempted as though we are beginners. A perfect class to start your yoga practice, or to come back to a practice that has been on hold! A Vinyasa Flow class to refine your alignment and to engage the breath. One breath, one movement….
*Intro Kundalini Yoga*
Come “tap” into your best self by practicing the ancient science of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Experience the non-stop jet route to personal awareness through dynamic body movements/postures, breath, eye gazes, mudras, meditations and the use of mantra to de-clutter the mind/body and cultivate inner happiness, your birthright.
