SEPTEMBER…A RETURN TO ROUTINE.

Fall is my favourite season. The warm colours and the cool breezes. Cuddling under a blanket and watching the kids get on the school bus. Fall is about turning inward and reflection, a time for “Svadhyaya”: becoming close to oneself, through meditation and self-exploration. The name itself explains the meaning - ‘Sva’ meaning self and adhyaya meaning ‘inquiry’ or ‘examination’. It refers to knowing more and more about oneself, intentionally.

We are CLOSED on Monday, September 6,2010 for Labour Day. Enjoy the holiday with family and friends. Spend the last few summer moments together.
